Very soft Overall the product is amazing! The hair is so soft and doesnt tangle when I brush through it or clump up. Havent put heat to them. Will be returning though as they are not my exact color (i dont want to dye such beautiful hair) and they are much too thin for my hair. Looks good in the front but bad in the back.
