Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We process orders quickly, so there is only a very small time window to cancel or change order details.
If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@fullshine.net.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes. You may return the item after receiving it. Once it is returned to our warehouse, we can issue a refund or resend to the correct address.
Extra shipping charges are non-refundable if the package is returned due to an incorrect address.
