The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time: Within 24-48 hours if the item in stock
2. Expedited shipping- FedEx/DHL/TNT: 3-5 business days (Free expedited shipping if your order over USD$100)
Free Shipping/Standard shipping- USPS/Canada Post/CNE: 15-25 business days
NOTE: Expedited shipping cost including VAT is $30 if your country is a member of EU.

All prices on the website include FREE standard shipping. Your hair extensions are shipped from our warehouses located in China.
Usually It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Chinese holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, we may ship your order out on Tuesday or Wednesday). Some new products and popular products will need 5-10 business days to be produced. The hair topper (out of stock ones) may need 30-60 days to prepare it.
