Full Shine Hair gladly accepts returns or exchanges of all eligible products within 60 days from the date of receipt of the package.

Eligible Products:

  • The products that have not been used, washed and still wrapped in original packaging
  • Within 60 days time frame

Ineligible Products:

  • The products that have been used, washed and not been wrapped in original packaging
  • The  wire at the top of the product has been detached, resulting in the hair unraveling
  • Over 60 days time frame
  • Kindly note that clearance sale items and pre-order items are not eligible for return or exchange

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. (We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of used items for the same reasons.)

Returns:

  • You should contact us first within 60 days since your order is delivered if you need to return it. Just make sure that the products to be eligible before you return the order. The return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.

  • It is important to note that if you wish to return, please contact us first before taking any action. Any returns or rejections without prior communication with us may result in additional costs that will be borne by the buyer.

  • We kindly ask that you carefully read our return policy and contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. Our customer service team can assist you every step of the way to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Exchanges:

  • We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Full Shine hair extension set for a set of the right color.

  • You should contact us first within 60 days since your order is delivered if you need an exchange, we will give you the process of exchanging, once your return arrives back, the warehouse will process your exchange ASAP.

  • If exchanging to a product of a different value, we will be in touch via email regarding the price difference. The cost of sending the product back to us will be borne by the buyer, but we will cover the cost of sending the exchange product out again.

In order to ensure that your return or exchange is processed smoothly, please make sure to keep the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier and send it to us after the shipment. This will allow us to track the package and ensure its safe arrival back to our warehouse. Without the tracking number, we will not be able to locate the package and the return or exchange process may be delayed or compromised. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and want to make sure your experience with Full Shine Hair is as seamless as possible.

Please note:

If products are returned without authorization and do not meet our return requirements, we will be unable to assist with the return process, and any resulting losses will be borne by the customer.

Refund:

  • A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions have not been used, washed and still wrapped in original packaging.

Order Cancellation:

  • We understand that sometimes customers may change their minds and wish to cancel an order. However, we can only assist with cancelling orders before they are shipped out. Once the order is in transit, we cannot cancel it. In such cases, we encourage our customers to reach out to us so that we can work together to arrange a return.
